Ingredients
- 1 cup quinoa cooked (or use couscous or bulgar)
- 1 cup parsley chopped
- 1/2 cup chopped mint
- 1 cucumber small chopped
- 1 tomato small chopped
- 2 pods garlic minced
- 1 green chilli chopped(optional, I need my spice kick :))
- 1/2 tsp pepper powder
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- salt to taste
