- 1⁄2 cup fresh grated parmesan cheese
- 8 -10 ounces crumbled feta cheese (Greek feta, if possible)
- 1⁄4 cup olive oil
- 1⁄4 cup chopped fresh dill
- 1⁄4 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
- 1 (1 lb) boxof commercially made frozen phyllo dough, thawed
- 8 ounces unsalted butter, melted with olive oil
- 1⁄2 cup olive oil
