- * 1 cup sliced mushroom
- * 3 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro
- * 3/4 cup fresh bean sprout
- * 1 medium carrot, julienned
- * 3 scallion, split and cut on the bia in 2” length
- * 1 tablespoon grated fresh ginger
- * 1 cup snow pea, trimmed
- * 2 small bok choy, rough chopped
- * 1 tablespoon dry white wine
- * 1/4 teaspoon sriracha spicy seasoning or cayenne (optional)
