- 4 eggs
- 1 cup plus 1 tablespoon milk
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 4 teaspoons sugar
- 3/4 cup flour
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 1 1/2 cups cream
- 2 ounces butter
- 1/4 cup sugar
- Pinch salt
- 1/4 vanilla bean
- 2 ounces semisweet chocolate, chopped
- 2 drops mint extract
- 1 pint raspberries
- White chocolate shavings (about 1 cup)
