- * 4 dried pasilla chile pepper steamed and seeded
- * 2 cup boiling water
- * 2 cup chicken broth
- * 6 chicken thigh (bone in skin removed)
- * 1 teaspoon salt
- * 1/4 teaspoon olive oil
- * 1 large onion, chopped
- * 3 garlic clove, peeled
- * 2 large plum tomato, chopped
- * 2 teaspoon ground cumin
- * 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- * 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- * 2 ounce mexican chocolate (ibarra brand i my favorite)
