- 3+ cups all-purpose flour
- 2-3 ounces part-skim block mozzarella cheese
- Shredded cheese, for sprinkling
- 1 tablespoon italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup warmed tomato sauce, for dipping
