- 6 tablespoons cold unsalted butter , cut into 1/2-inch cubes
- 1 large egg
- 1/2 cup low-fat Greek yogurt
- 2 tablespoons milk (whatever you have in the fridge)
- 3/4 cup heavy cream
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3/4 cup plain low-fat Greek yogurt (use nonfat or full-fat if you can’t find low-fat)
