- 2 tablespoons (30g) full-fat cream cheese
- 1 cup (237ml) heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons (30g) granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon (3g) Diamond Crystal kosher salt; for table or fine sea salt, use half as much by volume or the same weight
