Ingredients
- Oil, for greasing the baking sheets
- 3 cups biscuit mix, such as Bisquick
- 1 pound spicy sausage (uncooked)
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh rosemary
- 8 ounces aged white Cheddar, grated
- 8 ounces sharp yellow Cheddar, grated
- 1 tablespoon hot sauce, such as Tabasco (or to taste)
