- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 onion, diced
- 1 bell pepper, diced
- 1 celery stalks, diced
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 (6 ounce) can of tomato paste
- 1 cup water
- 1 (14 ounce) can of mexican stewed tomatoes
- 1 (14 ounce) can tex mex style diced tomatoes
- 1 (2.25 ounce) can of sliced black olives, drained
- 1 (4 ounce) can of green chilis
- 1 (14.5 ounce) can of green beans, drained (optional)
- 1 (14.5 ounce) can of corn, drained
- 1 (14.5 ounce) can of kidney beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 1/2 tablespoons chili powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon sriracha sauce (or similar hot chili sauce)
- 1 teaspoon hot sauce- louisiana style
- 2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
- 16 ounces wide egg noodles
- Salt and pepper to taste
