Ingredients
- 1 cup flat rice soaked in water for 5 minutes and drained
- 2 tbsp chopped cashew nuts
- 1 onion roughly chopped
- ¼ cup chopped coriander leaves
- 3 medium potatoes boiled and grated
- 1 green chilli minced
- 1 tsp cumin seeds
- 1 tsp mustard seeds
- 1 tsp red chilli powder
- ½ tsp turmeric powder
- 1 tbsp chaat masala
- juice of ½ lemon
- salt to taste
- 1 tbsp oil for shallow frying
