- 1 onion chopped
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- 1/4 cup polenta
- 1 cup frozen corn
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
