- 1 large head of Romaine lettuce rough chopped
- 2 roma tomatoes chopped
- 1/2 cucumber
- 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley (or one TBS dried)
- 1/4 cup chopped red onion
- 10 or more pitted kalamata olives (optional)
