Ingredients
- 2 teaspoons miso paste
- 1 teaspoon vegetarian bouillon (i.e. Better Than Bouillon “No Chicken” Base)
- 1 teaspoon tamari
- 1 teaspoon toasted sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon curry paste or sriracha (if you like spicy)
- ½ cup of cooked (shelled) edamame
- 1 serving cooked rice ramen noodles (i.e. Lotus Foods)
- A couple handfuls of baby spinach
- ¼ cup thinly sliced mushrooms
- ¼ thinly sliced scallions
- a few sprigs of cilantro
- Boiling water
