- 1 cup spelt flour
- 3⁄4 cup flour
- 1⁄2 cup sifted cocoa powder
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1⁄4 teaspoon baking soda
- 1⁄4 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄2 cup bittersweet chocolate chips
- 1⁄2 cup chopped walnuts
