Hearty Meatball Soup Recipe
Ingredients
- 1/2 lb lean ground beef
- 1/2 lb bulk pork sausage
- 1 egg
- 1 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp pepper
- 4 cups water
- 1 envelope (4 serving size) onion soup mix
- 1 can (15 oz) red kidney beans - partially drained
- 1 can (14 oz) stewed tomatoes
- 1 cup diced carrots
- 1 cup minute rice
- 2 tblsp chopped fresh parsley
