- 2 Large Jalapeno Peppers
- ¼ Cup Cream Cheese – room temperature(about 2 oz.)
- 1 (15 oz.) can Garbanzo Beans
- 2 Cloves Roasted Garlic (can substitute plain garlic cloves)
- ¼ Cup Cheddar Cheese , grated or shredded
- ¼ Cup Parmigiano-Reggiano - grated
- 1 tsp Lime Juice
- Salt and Pepper – to taste
- 3 TBS Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 ½ TBS Panko Bread Crumbs – topping
- 1 tsp Parmigiano-Reggiano – grated, for topping
- Optional Garnish: Parmesan, Jalapeno slices
- Pita Chips and Vegetables , for serving
