- 300 g French Green Beans ; Rinsed
- 3 Peppers (green, red, yellow) ; Diced
- 4 Large Fresh Basil Leafs ; Rinsed and diced
- 2 tbsp Canola oil ; or use any vegetable oil
- 400 g Basmati rice ; Cleaned
