- 1 Teaspoon Red Chilli powder
- 1/4 Teaspoon cumin powder
- 1/2 Teaspoon Garam Masala
- 1/2 Teaspoon Ground Black pepper
- 1 Cup thin coconut milk
- 1/2 Cup thick coconut milk
- 1/2 Cup water
- Salt to taste
- 1 Tablespoon Coriander seeds for garnish
