Chef Scotts Pico de Gallo Recipe
Ingredients
- 7 tomatoes,cut in 1/4" dice
- 1 large red onion,cut in 1/4" dice
- 2 c fresh chopped cilantro
- 2 jalapeno peppers,seeded and minced
- 2 tbs salt
- 1 tbs gr. black pepper
- 1 tbs minced garlic
- 2 tbs lime juice
- 1/2 c distilled white vinegar
- 1/2 c vegetable oil (i halve this)
