- 1 bunch Parsley

- 400 grams fish fillet of marine fish (eg. as tuna, sea bream, swordfish, etc.)
- 250 grams cooked Lobster meat
- 400 grams Mussels
- 2 tablespoons chopped Basil (to sprinkle)
