- 3 teaspoons yeast
- 1/3 cup unsalted butter, melted and slightly cooled
- 2 eggs, room temperature
- 5 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 3 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- juice of 1 lemon
- 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
