- 1 cup All Purpose Flour mixed with salt and black pepper with 2 Tablespoons separated
- 2 tablespoons Grapeseed Oil
- 8 ounces Fresh Mushrooms cleaned and sliced
- 2 cups Beef Broth (the boxed kind is just fine)
- 5 pounds Russet Potatoes
- 1/2 cup Unsalted Sweet Cream Butter
- 1/2 cup Heavy Cream
- 8 ounces Frozen Peas
