TV Dinner Salisbury Steak
Ingredients
- 2 pieces White Bread toasted
- 1/2 cup Whole Milk
- 2 pounds Ground Sirloin
- 2 tablespoons Fresh Parsley cleaned and minced
- 2 Large cloves of Garlic minced on a microplane
- 1/2 Medium sized Sweet Onion (like Vidalia) minced fine with a knife
- 2 teaspoons Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 Large Egg
- 1 cup All Purpose Flour mixed with salt and black pepper with 2 Tablespoons separated
- 2 tablespoons Grapeseed Oil
- 8 ounces Fresh Mushrooms cleaned and sliced
- 2 cups Beef Broth (the boxed kind is just fine)
- 5 pounds Russet Potatoes
- 1/2 cup Unsalted Sweet Cream Butter
- 1/2 cup Heavy Cream
- 8 ounces Frozen Peas
