Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 large onion, diced
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 1/2 lbs stew meat
- 2 cans tomato sauce (I think they were 15 oz. cans)
- 1 can water
- lots of salt & pepper
- 2 pinches ground thyme
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 2 1/2 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon cream of wheat
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup cold water
- 1 tablespoon butter, melted
