- 1/2 cup Ranch dressing
- 1/2 lemon, juiced
- 1 cup shredded Pepper Jack cheese
- 1/4 cup hot sauce
- 1 package Lipton's Garlic-Herb soup mix
- 1 small can of water chestnuts, chopped
- 1 bunch finely chopped FRESH cilantro
- 1 bunch green onions chopped
- salt and white pepper to taste
