Ingredients
- 2 15-ounce can of chickpeas
- 1/2 red onion
- 4 garlic cloves
- 1/2 cup parsley
- 1/2 cup cilantro
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 teaspoons coriander
- 2 teaspoons cumin
- 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
- 2 tablespoons baking powder
- 1/4 cup almond flour
- 1 cup baked plantain chips, finely ground in a food processor (I used Amazi)
