  • 1whole chicken (about 1 kg, cut into 6-8 pieces)
  • 4 rashes bacon, finely sliced
  • 3 medium size onions, finely sliced
  • 5 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • 4 chorizo or any pork/fatty sausage, cut into half
  • 2 tbsp dried mixed herbs (I found bouquet garni so I use 2 sachet)
