Ingredients
- 3 strips of bacon, cut into lardons
- 1 large carrot, finely diced
- 1 stick of celery, finely diced
- 1 onion, finely diced
- 3 cloves of garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp tomato paste
- 2 15oz cans great northern beans (you can use cannellini beans if you can't find this variety)
- 1/2 cup dry white wine
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 2 bay leaves
- 2 tbsp chopped parsley
- 3/4c chicken stock
- 2 chicken thighs, bone in and skinless
- 2 pork sausages, uncooked
