- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cardamom
- 4 ounces cold unsalted butter, cut into cubes
- 1/2 cup buttermilk or kefir
- 1 handful of coconut for rolling (optional)
