  • 1/8 heaping teaspoon celery seed
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 2 cups yukon gold potatoes, peeled and 1/2 inch dice
  • 28 ounces Pomi brand chopped tomatoes
  • 1/2 to 3/4 teaspoons prepared horseradish
