Easy Greek Chicken Souvlaki
Ingredients
- 8 chicken thighs all visible fat removed
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1/4 cup white wine
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp dried basil
- 1 tsp dried Greek oregano
- salt and pepper to taste about a pinch of both
- 1-2 tbsp canola oil for skillet
