- 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts or tenders

- 1½ Tbsp lemon juice (~½ medium lemon)
- 1 Tbsp white wine vinegar
- 1 Tbsp fresh dill, minced
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp pepper
