Ingredients
- 300 g potatoes peeled and chopped
- 3 spring onions finely chopped
- 1/2 tsp grated lemon zest
- 1/2 tsp chopped fresh chilli
- 1 tsp chopped fresh dill
- 1 tsp chopped fresh mint
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup chickpeas from a can mashed
- 2 tbsp plain flour
- 2 tbsp crumbled feta cheese
- salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp olive oil for frying
