Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- 2.5 pounds of ground beef
- 1 small yellow onion – chopped
- 4 large cloves of garlic – minced
- 1 teaspoon of fresh thyme leaves
- 1 teaspoon each of salt and pepper
- 1 cup of frozen peas and carrots mix
- 2 tablespoons of corn starch
- 1 cup beef broth
- About 5 cups of mashed potatoes (you can use these GARLIC CREAM CHEESE MASHED POTATOES or refrigerated ones.)
- 1/2 cup of parmesan cheese (you can substitute any cheese you like!)
