- ¼ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- ¼ teaspoon paprika plus more for garnish
- Gluten-free nonstick cooking spray or olive oil for the crock
- 2 cups frozen or leftover vegetables I use roasted corn and peas
- 1 cup water
- 2 cups shredded cheese
- 3 cups leftover mashed potatoes
