- 1 celery stalk, finely chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 (14.5-ounce) can fire-roasted diced tomatoes
- 1 (8-ounce) can tomato sauce, undrained
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon Cajun seasoning
- 1 teaspoon Tabasco sauce, I like the garlic flavor sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 cup long grain rice
- 2 cups diced turkey
