- * 1 1/2 cup long grain rice
- * 2 cup cold water and 2 tablespoon water from soaked mushroom
- * 2 tablespoon garlic, minced
- * 1/2 teaspoon ginger, minced
- * 2 stalk leafy greens (bok choy, kai lan), chopped and end trimmed
- * 2 tablespoon vegetable oil
- chicken marinade:
- * 1/2 teaspoon thick soy sauce
- * 2 tablespoon oyster sauce
- * 2 teaspoon cornstarch
- * 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- * 1/2 teaspoon ginger, chopped
- * salt and pepper to taste
- drizzling sauce:
- * 2 tablespoon oyster sauce
- * 1 tablespoon thick soy sauce
- * 2 teaspoon thin soy sauce
- * 2 teaspoon sesame oil
