- 1/2 small yellow onion, minced (80 g/ 2.8 oz)
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tbsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp cracked black pepper
- 1/2 tsp sea salt or pink Himalayan salt
- 1 tsp extra virgin olive oil or ghee (15 ml)
