- 1 c. granulated sugar
- 4 large eggs
- 1½ tsp. pure vanilla extract
- ½ c. light corn syrup
- ½ c. packed light brown sugar
- ¼ tsp. kosher salt
- 1½ c. pecans
- ½ c. sweetened flaked coconut
- 8 tart pans with removable bottoms
