Ingredients
- 4 cup diced rhubarb (maybe 5-6 stalks)
- 1 cup diced mango (about 1 whole mango)
- 1/2 cup white sugar
- 1 tablespoon lemon zest (the zest from one lemon is fine)
- 2 tablespoon lemon juice from half a juicy lemon (or do the whole lemon if it seems dry)
- 1 pinch salt
- 2/3 cup brown sugar
- 2/3 cup AP flour
- 2/3 cup oatmeal
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 cup unsweetened coconut flakes (optional)
- 8 tablespoon cold butter, diced
