- 2 cups Cabbage grated
- 1/2 tsp Garam Masala
- 1 tsp Red Chilli Powder
- 1 half Capsicum
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp Ginger Garlic Paste
- 3-4 tbsp Cornflour
- 4 tbsp Maida oil to deep fry
- For sauce-
- 2 tbsp oil
- 1 tbsp garlic finely chopped
- 1 tsp green chilli chopped
- 2 tbsp Red Chilli sauce
- 1 tsp Soya sauce
- 1 tbsp Tomato Ketchup
- 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
- Some coriander leaves
