- 50g parmesan, grated, plus extra to serve

- 200-225g new potatoes, finely diced

- 200g green beans, trimmed and cut into 5mm lengths
- 1.5 litres chicken stock
- 100g peas (fresh or frozen)
- 1 small little gem lettuce, shredded
- 2 medium tomatoes, chopped
- Juice of 1 lemon
