- 2 cups all purpose gluten free flour (I use Bob’s Red Mill) (you could also use regular if you don’t have a gluten sensitivity)
- 1 cup dark cocoa powder
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. sea salt
- 1 cup maple syrup
- 1/2 cup melted coconut oil
- 1/2 cup brown rice syrup
- 1/2 cup strong brewed coffee
- 1/2 cup almond milk
- 1 Tbsp. vanilla extract
- dairy free coconut ice cream
- 3 cans coconut cream
- 2 tsp. vanilla extract
