- Handful Fresh spinach (optional)
- 1 teaspoon Dried rosemary
- 1 teaspoon Dried parsley
- 1 dash Cayenne pepper (optional)
- 1 Chicken bouillon cube
- 6-8 cups Water
- Salt and pepper to taste

- 3 tablespoons All purpose flour
- 3 tablespoons Butter
- 2 cups Milk
- 2 cups Cheese (Cheddar or Gouda)
