- 115g (1/2 cup + 1 tbsp approx) all purpose gluten free flour
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1.5 tsp baking powder
- 2 large eggs
- 115g (1/2 cup approx) sugar
- 115g (1 stick) dairy free margarine
- ½ tsp xanthan gum
- 1 tbsp unsweetened soy milk (or other milk)
- 1 - 1.5 cups mini marshmallows
- frosting
- ¾ cup 150g margarine
- 3.5 cups powdered sugar, sieved
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder
- 2-3 tbsp milk (approx) to thin the frosting
