Cheesy Ham Galette
Ingredients
- 320 g ready rolled shortcrust pastry sheet, we used Jus-Rol
- 75 g Parma ham slices
- 100 g floury potatoes, peeled and cut into 2mm slices, with a mandolin if possible
- 200 g ready-made fresh cheese sauce
- 1 egg, lightly beaten
- 25 g Emmental cheese, grated
- 50 g block/firm mozzarella, grated
