- 0.5 teaspoon cumin seeds (jeera)
- 0.5 teaspoon mustard seeds ( rai / sarson)
- 2 teaspoon asafoetida (hing)
- 5 pieces curry leaves (kadi patta)
- Salt to taste
- 1.0 teaspoon ginger-green chilli paste
- 2 tablespoon sugar
- 2 tablespoon chopped coriander (dhania)
