- 5 to 6 green onions (chopped)
- 2 English cucumbers (or Persian cucumbers, peeled, and diced (see notes))
- ½ cup extra virgin olive oil
- ½ cup fresh lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon pomegranate molasses (optional)
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon ground black pepper
