Somen with Broccoli Butter and Soy
Ingredients
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, divided
- 2 large cloves garlic, minced
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce, divided (2/1)
- 3 to 4 cups small broccoli florets (thawed frozen florets work to....just take a little less time to cook)
- 1/2 cup water
- 4 ounces Somen noodles (or other very thin wheat noodles)
