  • 30 grams spinach, coarsely chopped
  • 1 onion, julienned
  • 1 tomato, sliced into 1/2 in. rounds
  • 1 clove of garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup plain flour
  • 50 grams grated Cheddar
  • A few sun/oven-dried tomatoes (optional)
  • Fresh basil leaves (for garnish)
  • Freshly ground black pepper
  • Salt
